Test Center and Online Operating Status

Test Center and Online testing availability can be impacted for a variety of reasons (COVID-19, severe weather, conflict, sanctions, etc.). Below you will find the most up-to-date information on test center and online testing availability.

Belarus

Effective March 7 2022, delivery of all testing services (test center and online) is suspended. All exams currently scheduled will be suspended and held for rescheduling until testing is resumed.

China

Currently, some test centers in China are operating at reduced capacity. See also: 考试中心情况更新（大中华区)

India

Currently, some test centers in India may be operating at reduced capacity.

Israel

Effective October 9, 2023, delivery of all testing services at test centers is suspended. All fees for rescheduling and cancellation will be waived for residents with upcoming tests scheduled at test centers and delivered online.

Russia

Effective March 7 2022, delivery of all testing services (test center and online) is suspended. All exams currently scheduled will be suspended and held for rescheduling until testing is resumed.

Ukraine

Currently, only the Medical Council of Ukraine test center is delivering exams. Online testing is available and reschedule and cancellation fees are temporarily being waived.

Effective February 25 2022, delivery of all testing services (test center and online) in the Republic of Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republic regions in Ukraine is suspended.

• Test centers that are open have deployed enhanced health and safety measures including increased cleaning procedures, social distancing, and making hand sanitizer available. Face masks and proof of vaccination may be required. Please visit the Pearson VUE Coronavirus Update Page  to obtain specific requirements at the test center level.
• If a test center is closed due to a forced shut down, candidates impacted will be notified via email about their test appointment status from our testing partner PearsonVUE, and provided with additional details about refunds and rescheduling options. Test takers can contact our regional Customer Service center for additional assistance with managing their appointment.
