About the Program
Keeping in line with the dynamics of the contemporary requirements of education and employability in diverse fields, we are expanding our horizon by introducing an MBA (Law) program, whereby the focus can be laid on sensitizing the graduates with the intricacies of business administration and law, so that they can serve a dual purpose of a business administrator as well as a legal advisor to a corporate entity. It will be interesting to equip the aspiring graduates with the theoretical and practical dimensions of the integrated knowledge of Management and Law, through our course. The two-year MBA (Law) course is a distinctive program for the young and creative minds who understand the power of doing things differently. This program is for students who wish to gain expertise in both, legal and management practices. It aims to equip the students with the tools to understand legalities from the perspective of a businessman and to understand business from the perspective of a lawyer. The degree aims at bridging the knowledge gap by bringing law and management together. It is a career-oriented course which prepares students for careers in which an understanding of legal and management aspects is crucial such as corporate lawyers, law firm consultants, investment banker, business analysts and many more. It will provide the students an access to an excellent networking and lucrative job opportunities in the corporate sector. This course is designed to make the students industry-ready.

Any ranking of the school: RGNUL is the first National Law University which has been awarded ‘A’ Grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) after rigorous assessment based on various quality parameters. RGNUL has also been accorded Graded Autonomy under the UGC (Categorisation of Universities (only) for Grant of Graded Autonomy) Regulations, 2018. RGNUL received a major boost for its performance by being placed in the top 10 law universities in the NIRF rankings in 2018-19 and 2019-20. Interview and Group Discussion Process: Once the application process is over, the shortlisted students shall be called for an interview. The interviews shall be conducted by a panel of experts and further the selected candidates shall be invited for a group discussion. From there, the finalised pool of candidates will be selected. The dates of interview and group discussion have not been decided yet.
